Jesus Aviles, currently works as Social Graduate associated to the Social Graduates Associationof the Balearic Islands. He has extensive experience working in the field of Human Resources and Labour Relations, both multinational companies and family firms, rising to managing groups of up to 7000 employees. He is an expert in represantación of companies and workers to the Social Courts, as well as representation in acts of mediation and conciliation. Specialist in reaching agreements prior to the courts.

DAVID BURGOS ( founding member )

- Law degree from the University of Granada (2004 ) .

- Certificate of Professional Competence of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers obtained through the School Foundation ICAIB Legal Practice (2006 ) .

His experience began following the family tradition as counsel for insurance companies in the professional office of his father José Luis Burgos, of long tradition and craftsmanship warranty on Liability . He later joined the Committee on Civil Liability ICAIB as a vowel, and is currently a member of the Ethics Committee of ICAIB . He has participated in many sessions Criminal Law, Computer and Information Technologies, Family Law, Domestic Violence and Criminal Enterprise , etc. .
